Refund and Rework Policy
RETURNS: REWORK/REPLACEMENT POLICY
Return/Cancellation/Refund Requests
- For both stock and custom products, return, cancellation, or refund requests must be made within 7 days after delivery.
Damaged Products
- If your product arrives damaged, please contact customer support or use our website’s chat option. After verifying proof of the damage, we will provide free returns for manufacturing defects.
Sizing
- Please review the size guide before purchasing. In case of a manufacturing defect, we offer free rework. If you need a size change for a correctly made product, we will arrange a return pickup and provide a paid rework.
- You will be charged a reverse pickup fee and rework charges, depending on the rework required. Rework will take approximately 5 working days per product.
- If the product was made according to the size guidelines, we do not accept returns for incorrect fit. If a sizing issue arises, our team will review customer-provided images/videos to determine if there is a manufacturing defect.
Rework
- Paid Rework: The standard charge is 400 INR for rework, which includes a change of one size level (e.g., M to S or XL to L).
- Free Rework: Free rework is offered for verified manufacturing defects.
- Rework Exclusions: Rework does not cover changes to prints, sleeve length, or the addition/removal of features such as reflectors.
Fabric Warranty
- One-year warranty covering fabric deterioration or color fading. Wear and tear due to regular use is not covered. Products must be handwashed, and the warranty does not cover altered products.
Zipper Warranty
- One-year warranty subject to wear and tear.
Warranty Exclusions
- Warranty does not cover defects due to normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, exposure to extreme conditions, handling by third parties, unauthorized repairs, or product modifications.
Obtaining Rework Service
- If you find a defect, contact our Customer Service Department. You will need to provide your name, address, receipt/order info, purchase date, and photos of the defect. After inspecting the product, we will inform you if it qualifies for rework or replacement under warranty.
Replacement Policy
- Exchanges are only accepted for non-customized products following our return policy. Replacements are provided when MYGEAR’s product does not match the size chart or has defects.
- If free rework is not possible, a replacement will be issued after proper inspection.
Return Policy
- Refunds are only processed after the production team confirms a manufacturing defect. Products must be washed before being returned, and refunds are issued within 7 working days post-inspection.
- Customers may opt for a replacement or store credits for future purchases.
Exchange Policy (Non-Customized Products)
- Exchanges apply only to non-customized products. Customized items are not eligible for exchange.
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 working days of receiving the order.
- Products should be unused and undamaged.
- Exchange requests are subject to approval after a quality inspection. Once approved, the new product will be produced and dispatched within 7-10 working days.
Availability and Delivery
- All MYGEAR products are made to order, requiring 7-10 working days for production and an additional 3-7 days for shipping. For urgent deliveries, please contact customer support to explore available options. If fabric is unavailable during an exchange, we will offer alternative choices, a refund, or a coupon based on MYGEAR’s discretion.
